I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. First of all, the attention to detail was impeccable. The bathroom facilities, described as "most excellently done," were modern and well-maintained, with a luxurious bath and plenty of mirrors. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was set in a quiet area on a side road, with a lovely view over the lake and vines. Finally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The landlady, who had a smattering of English, made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Everything was more than satisfactory during my stay.

Our Christmas stay was a delightful experience! the stunning views of the mountains and lake from our room were picture-perfect. We enjoyed the warm hospitality from the friendly landlady who even gave us a homemade cake as a special treat. the breakfast each morning was top-notch with a nice variety of options to choose from. we appreciated having parking right in front of the house and taking pleasant walks to nearby restaurants.

crossing an open-plan landing to get to the bathroom felt a bit awkward. It would have been nice to have a dressing gown provided for guests to use when going to and from the bathroom.
